Beta: we're just getting started. Share feedback

Open your heart. Someone's listening.

Talk to a verified therapist, or just vent to someone who'll listen. Private, from wherever you are.

  • Every therapist verified
  • Never recorded
  • Free cancellation up to 24 h

What you share stays private

Reaching out takes courage. We built Dilkhol so your story is heard by the therapist you choose, and no one else.

  • Nothing shared with family, college or work

Your therapist never sees your phone or email, and we never sell your details.

  • We never record your sessions

And Dilkhol never stores what's said.

  • Every therapist checked by us

Qualifications and ID verified, registration where it applies, and an interview with our team.

  • Switch therapists anytime

Didn't click with someone? Book someone else. Nobody asks why.

The only exceptions: your therapist will act if someone's safety is at serious risk. In a child's sessions parents stay informed, and in couples sessions both partners hear what's shared.

How it works

  1. Choose your therapist

By what's on your mind, or answer 3 quick questions and we'll suggest a few.

  2. Book a time that suits you

It takes about two minutes. Confirm with a code we email you, no password needed.

  3. Talk from somewhere private

Join the video call from your phone or laptop. Change the time or cancel free up to 24 hours before.

Questions people ask

Still have a question?

We usually reply within a day. Not for emergencies.

What happens in a first session?

Your therapist gets to know you and what brought you here. You don't need to prepare anything or know the right words, and you share only what you're ready to. Sessions are usually 30 to 50 minutes; you see the length before you book.

How much does it cost?

Each therapist sets their own fee, shown before you book. Couples and child sessions can cost differently. You pay per session, with no packages or subscriptions. While Dilkhol is in beta, your first 3 sessions are free.

Is my problem serious enough for therapy?

You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to talk to someone. If something has been on your mind for a while, or it's affecting your sleep, work or relationships, that's reason enough. If you're having thoughts of harming yourself, please don't wait for a session: call Tele-MANAS on 14416 now.

How do I join my session?

Use the Join button in My bookings (it opens 5 minutes before) or the video link in your confirmation email. It works on a phone or laptop. Find a quiet, private spot and use headphones if you can.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, from My bookings, up to 24 hours before the session: move it to another time with the same therapist, or cancel it. Less than 24 hours before, a session can't be moved or cancelled, because your therapist has kept that time for you.

Is Dilkhol for emergencies?

No. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. For urgent mental health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24x7).

Can I talk in my own language?

Each therapist's profile shows the languages they speak, and you can filter by language.

Who can book?

You need to be 18 or older to book a session for yourself. For a child aged 5 to 17, a parent or guardian books a child session and joins at the start. For couples, choose a therapist who offers couples sessions and join together.

Do your therapists prescribe medicine?

No. They're psychologists and counsellors, and they don't prescribe medicine. If medication might help you, your therapist can suggest seeing a psychiatrist.

What if my therapist doesn't join?

Tap "My therapist didn't join" in My bookings, from 10 minutes after the start. We look into it.

How do I find my booking later?

Check your confirmation email (and your spam folder). Or sign in with the email you booked with: all your sessions are under My bookings.

Is this confidential?

Yes. We never record sessions or store what's said, and your therapist never sees your phone or email. There are a few limits, such as when someone's safety is at serious risk. Read our privacy promise.
